Don't upload anything illegal, fraudulant or harassing. If you do, it will be removed and your account deleted. Our systems are based in the US so we have to follow the US's laws.
The image's listed expiration date is a promise. We will not shorten it unless absolutely necessary (ie, the service goes out of business, a meteor hits our datacenter, etc).
Transactions are final except in cases of fraud or theft.
Privacy policy
If you put a picture of your credit card on this site and get it stolen, it's your fault, not ours.
We keep logs of what happens on the site, to solve technical problems and enforce the terms of service.
We will never sell the data we collect or knowingly give it to someone who does.
